Parsley
Garlic

Parsley: Chinese and German recommend parsley tea to help control high blood pressure and the Cherokees used it as a tonic to strengthen the bladder. When crushed and rubbed on the skin, parsley can reduce itching in mosquito bites. When chewed, parsley can freshen bad breath.

Garlic: claimed to help prevent heart disease including high cholesterol, high blood pressure and cancer.

Jalapeno: contain a substance called capsaicin that has shown to have anti-cancer effects. However the amount needed to achieve this effect is relatively high, with up to eight habanero peppers per week (roughly equivalent to 24 jalapeƱos).
